Day 2 Tuesday, October 30, 2012
- Earthquake Disaster Prevention of Architectural Heritages, Dr Hanazato
- Visit Prambanan Temple
- Case Study of Historic District of Japan, The Historic Villages of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, Dr Uekita
- Activities conducted by the local government to preserve the townscape of Hoi An, Dr Utsumi
- Lecture on the conservation system of Kotagede, Mr. Prijo Mustiko Forum Joglo

Day 3 Wednesday, October 31, 2012
- A Repair Planning for Cultural and Architectural Properties in Japan - Focused on Surveys, Mr Kazuhiko Nitto
- Workshop in House of Proyodranan

Day 4 Thursday, Nopember 1, 2012
- Introduce of Preservation house in Kotagede, Dr Nasir Tamara
- Group Work in 3 Groups to select buildings to be repaired and determine the preservation area

Day 5 Friday, Nopember 2, 2012
- Group Work (in three groups) make management plan 

Day 6 Saturday, Nopember 3, 2012
- Presentation from participants and discussion 
- Closing
